Biography

Elena Martirosyan is Director of Operations at CVML, combining her legal background with operational leadership across the firm's client and internal practice. Working closely with firm leadership, she oversees the lifecycle of client matters from initial engagement through to completion, ensuring alignment between management, legal teams, and corporate services.

She leads the firm's operational and management framework, including workflow structures, governance protocols, and a centralized reporting system that provides leadership with real-time visibility into KPIs, revenue, and matter performance. Her work combines legal operations, strategy, technology, and client service to support the firm's delivery of efficient, commercially focused legal solutions. Elena also represents the firm at international industry forums, building strategic relationships with clients and professional networks that support the firm's continued growth and long-term client engagement.
