When recruiting associates, we give preferences to interns who have previously worked as part of our team, but also considers candidates who have completed internships or have gained significant experience as associates at leading law firms.
Considering the degree of involvement in matters handled by the firm that we expect of associates, their remuneration is in line with that usually offered by first-tier law firms.
