Biography

Tsoline Gharibian is a Senior Associate at CVML Ltd. Dubai, advising clients on commercial contracts, data privacy, and cybersecurity law across the GCC and the Middle East. With over 18 years of experience, she drafts and negotiates a broad range of commercial and corporate agreements, including distribution and services contracts, partnership agreements, NDAs, and cross-border transactions, tailored to the needs of multinational clients in the technology, telecommunications, and media sectors.
Tsoline is a certified Data Protection Officer (DPO) advising clients across the DIFC, UAE and GCC on data protection and privacy regulations, including the UAE PDPL, EU GDPR, and the e-Privacy Directive. Her legal advisory work includes drafting and reviewing cybersecurity policies, advising on regulatory obligations, drafting internal policies, and advising on employment-related compliance, ensuring companies remain aligned with both data protection laws and labor regulations.
She is admitted to the Beirut Bar Association and holds an LLB from Sagesse Law University, along with legal studies at the University of Cambridge.
