Biography

Sarah Salameh is a Legal Analyst in CVML’s Corporate & Commercial and Private Clients practice, advising on company formation, restructuring, and regulatory compliance across the UAE’s mainland and free zones. She supports clients across sectors such as real estate, retail, and technology, focusing on licensing, commercial transactions, and corporate governance.
Her practice covers entity setup and liquidation procedures with JAFZA, IFZA, DSO, Trakhees, and DIFC, along with share transfers. Sarah also drafts and translates bilingual legal documents including shareholder resolutions, PoAs, wills, and compliance templates, and assists with trademark filings, due diligence and FIDIC-based construction contracts. She also ensures smooth coordination with UAE authorities, notaries, and service providers.
Sarah holds an LLB and is currently pursuing the SQE1 qualification. She is fluent in English and Arabic.
