Biography

Sameh Elsalmy is a Senior Associate specializing in litigation, with over 18 years of legal experience, including more than ten years in the United Arab Emirates and over eight years in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
He previously served as a Senior Legal Consultant at Al Kaitoob Advocates and Legal Consultants, Saad Al Hammadi Advocates & Legal Consultants, and Alem & Associates, where he gained substantial experience in commercial, insurance, and real estate disputes.
Sameh is highly skilled in drafting and reviewing pleadings, legal memoranda, and appeals, and provides strategic legal advice tailored to each client’s objectives. He has achieved a success rate exceeding 90% in the cases he has handled, reflecting his strong advocacy and legal acumen.
He has been licensed by the Government of Dubai Legal Affairs Department since 2018 and is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association since 2006. Sameh is recognized for delivering practical, result oriented legal solutions characterized by professionalism, precision, and integrity.
