Biography

Perla Baaklini is an Associate in CVML’s Private Client practice, specializing in estate planning, wills, probate, and guardianship matters across the UAE. She advises individuals and families on the drafting, registration, and execution of wills, and guides executors through probate and estate administration to ensure the efficient transfer of assets in accordance with legal and family requirements.
Perla also supports clients with the establishment of foundations and family wealth structures designed to protect assets and secure long-term succession planning. She is a registered Wills Draftsman with the DIFC and combines her technical expertise with a practical approach to addressing clients’ personal and cross-border needs.
She holds a Master’s in law from the Lebanese University and is a lawyer registered at the Beirut Bar Association.
