Biography
Malek Kassem is the head Corporate Services at CVML, leading the firm’s practice across the Middle East. He advises regional and international clients on corporate structuring, cross-border investments, and regulatory matters within the UAE’s common law jurisdictions , DIFC, ADGM, and RAK ICC as well as onshore jurisdictions. Malek regularly assists clients with the establishment of SPVs, foundations, and family offices, with a focus on investment, banking, real estate and succession planning. Malek holds an LLB from University of Essex and B.S in Economics from Lebanese American University.
