Biography

Laila El Issa is a Legal Analyst at CVML’s Private Client practice, advising individuals and family-owned businesses on succession planning, inheritance, and estate administration under UAE and international frameworks. She handles the drafting and registration of wills before DIFC and ADJD, and assists in cross-border matters involving guardianship, trusts, and asset protection.

Laila’s work combines a strong understanding of local procedures with a sensitivity to clients’ personal and family considerations, ensuring smooth coordination with notaries, courts, and regulatory authorities. She is particularly experienced in handling bilingual legal documentation and liaising with UAE government entities.

Laila holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Saint Joseph University Dubai and is currently pursuing an LLM in Business Law at the same institution.
