Biography

Andrew is an Associate and a member of CVML’s Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (“TMT”) practice group, based in Dubai.
Andrew brings a diverse background in technology and digital transformation, with a strong focus on helping clients in the TMT sector navigate data privacy, compliance, and digital governance challenges. His experience spans in-house, advisory, and corporate support roles, giving him a well-rounded perspective on regulatory and operational issues across Asia.
He previously served as Junior Legal Counsel at a leading US multinational electronic brokerage firm in Hong Kong, where he provided legal support across APAC, focusing on financial regulation, corporate governance, and data privacy. Before that, he began his legal career as a trainee lawyer at the same firm. Following his in-house experience, Andrew worked as a legal consultant with a leading global professional services firm in Southeast Asia, advising on foreign direct investment, corporate transactions, and regulatory compliance.
