Biography

Kwan Lung Wong (Andrew) is an Associate in CVML’s Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) practice, based in Dubai. He advises clients in the TMT, fintech, and digital assets sectors on data privacy, digital governance, and regulatory compliance, with a focus on cross-border and technology-driven operations. Andrew brings experience from in-house, advisory, and corporate legal roles across Asia, the Middle East, and beyond.

He previously served as Junior Legal Counsel at a leading U.S. electronic brokerage firm in Hong Kong, advising on financial regulation, corporate governance, and data privacy across APAC. He began his legal career as a trainee at the same firm and later worked as a legal consultant with a global professional services firm in Southeast Asia, advising multinational corporations and financial institutions on foreign investment, corporate transactions, and digital compliance.

Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, Andrew is admitted to practice in Australia and New Zealand and is registered as a Legal Consultant with Dubai’s Department of Legal Affairs. He holds an LLB from BPP University (UK) and a GDLP from the College of Law (Australia).
