Biography

Ishwarya Singh is an Associate with CVML’s Corporate and Commercial practice, advising clients on M&As, corporate structuring, and regulatory compliance across the UAE, including DIFC, ADGM, and other major free zones.
With over three years of experience in Dubai, Ishwarya advises corporates, investors, and HNWIs on cross-border transactions, company incorporations, and reorganizations. She has led multiple legal due diligences for clients in diverse sectors, including a global IT services provider, an education investment company, and a leading F&B chain. Her transactional experience spans advising on acquisitions valued up to AED 50 million and drafting shareholders’ and investment agreements for growth-stage businesses.
Ishwarya also counsels companies on regulatory compliance, data protection frameworks, and intellectual property strategy. Her meticulous approach and commercial insight enable clients to navigate the UAE’s evolving regulatory and transactional landscape with confidence.
