Biography

Danah Mardini is an Associate in the Commercial and Corporate practice. She advises clients on a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial matters, including company formation, shareholder agreements, partnership structures, corporate and commercial transactions, real estate deals, and regulatory compliance.

Danah supports regional and international clients on day-to-day corporate governance, contractual drafting, and commercial negotiations, contributing to the firm’s advisory work on joint ventures, restructurings, M&A support, shareholder arrangements, and real estate transactions. She assists clients with structuring and executing corporate and commercial transactions.

Danah holds a degree in Law from Saint Joseph University, Dubai, and is currently pursuing her UK solicitor qualification. She speaks English and Arabic.
