We are looking to recruit a Senior Associate to join our Corporate Department in DIFC, Dubai.
This opportunity is suited to a lawyer with solid experience in corporate and commercial matters, including:
• Corporate structuring and restructuring
• DIFC and ADGM frameworks
• Foundations, holding structures, and succession planning vehicles
• Corporate governance and regulatory matters
• Cross-border transactions and group reorganizations
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, sound commercial judgment, and the confidence to work directly with clients and counterparties.
